BTs are the heart of direct service, working one-on-one with clients to implement treatment plans. All BTs at Duet ABA are expected to pass the RBT exam, and we provide full support to help them succeed. Clinical fellows gain hands-on experience under BCBA supervision. They learn to apply ABA principles, collect data, and support clients while building toward certification. At Duet ABA, practicum learning is central to our mission—we provide mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to grow into confident clinicians.

BCaBAs support BCBAs in delivering high-quality services. They assist with assessments, program development, and staff training, while maintaining a strong focus on family-centered care. This role is ideal for professionals who want to grow into leadership while making a direct impact on clients’ progress.

BCBAs at Duet ABA lead clinical programming, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to design individualized treatment plans. They specialize in replacing challenging behavior with functional alternatives and teaching ABA tools that empower growth. BCBAs also mentor practicum students and RBTs, fostering a culture of lifelong learning.

Our operations team keeps Duet ABA running smoothly. This group includes HR, billing, scheduling, and administrative support. They ensure families and staff experience clarity, transparency, and care in every interaction.
