Our practicum program
Duet ABA is proud to be a teaching clinic, offering a robust and individualized practicum experience for graduate students pursuing certification as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our practicum program is designed to go beyond the minimum requirements—providing students with high-quality supervision, hands-on experience, and meaningful mentorship.
Students work alongside experienced BCBAs in real clinical settings, gaining exposure to a wide range of cases, including early intervention, parent training, and severe behavior reduction. We emphasize ethical practice, critical thinking, and collaborative learning, preparing future clinicians to enter the field with confidence and competence.
By investing in the next generation of behavior analysts, we strengthen the field—and ensure that every client receives care informed by the latest research and best practices.

All hours are supervised by experienced BCBAs and aligned with BACB standards. You’ll receive structured feedback and guidance every step of the way - including an Individualized Learning Plan to guide you and your mentor through practicum activities.
-
Our supervisors are invested in your growth - not just your hours. Expect real conversations, clinical coaching, and professional development.

We get it—grad school is a lot to juggle. That's why our program is built around your success, with flexible direct hours and paid indirect hours that make your supervised time truly count.
